In addition to his musical and compositional skills, Tarik is an painter & sculptor versed in a wide variety of styles.
Tarik studied Fine Arts for many years (you can read his resume below) While his studies are impressive and convey Tariks breadth and understanding of art, it is his works in all media which truly speak to us. Whether it is his contemplative watercolor or oil portraits of Moroccan faces and places where he shows his mastery of classical techniques, his acrylic abstracts which playfully merge color and form or installations where space, form and color breathe into one...the viewer is left with the indelible impression that one has discovered a living master. Like the Renaissance that inspires him, Tarik is a painter, sculptor, graphic designer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and all around nice guy!
